Brakes
Alignment checked and adjusted, pads checked for wear and replaced as necessary. (Does not include hydraulic brake bleed).
Gears
Hanger alignment, derailleur alignment and indexing all checked and adjusted.
Safety check
Check frame & fork for damage. Check headset, bottom bracket and hubs for play.

Rims checked for damage/wear and true.

Stripped, cleaned, inspected and reassembled.

Removed, cleaned, inspected and reinstalled.
Frame & fork
Checked for damage and condition.
Premier Service – £99*
* Cost of parts not included unless otherwise stated
All parts are removed from the frame, cleaned, inspected and reattached or replaced as necessary.
Brakes
Alignment checked and adjusted, pads checked for wear and replaced as necessary. (Does not include hydraulic brake bleed).
Gears
Hanger alignment, derailleur alignment and indexing all checked and adjusted. Cables replaced (included in price).
Wheels
Rims checked for damage/wear and true.
Hubs
Checked for play and adjusted.
Headset
Stripped, cleaned, inspected and reassembled.
Bottom Bracket
Removed, cleaned, inspected and reinstalled.
Frame & fork
Checked for damage and condition.

Brake tune – £10 per brake
Adjust alignment and lever pull and replace pads as necessary.

Brake bleed – £17.50 per brake
Hydraulic brake bleed (Includes fluid).

Wheel true – £15
Lateral and vertical true of wheel.
Wheel build – £40
Complete wheel build (if all parts purchased in store – build is free).
Hub Service – £20
Strip and rebuild of hub.
Tyre or Tube Fit – £7.50
Fit replacement tyre or tube.
Drivetrain Services
Gear tune – £10 per derailleur
Adjust indexing and derailleur alignment & replace cable as necessary.
Hanger replacement – £10
Replace derailleur hanger& re-index rear gears.
Chain replacement – £10
Replace chain & re-index gears.
Cassette replacement – £7.50
Replace cassette & re-index rear gears.
Chainring replacement – £10
Replace chainring & re-index front gears.
Bottom bracket replacement – £10

Rear Suspension Rebuild – £40*
Rebuild rear suspension with new bearings/bushes.
*Price may increase if bearings are seized into frame.
Drivetrain Degrease – £30
Remove and clean cassette, chain & chainrings. Refit and re-index gears.
Additional Work – £30 per hour.
Any other miscellaneous work.
Additional Information
Bookings
When you bring your bike to us, we will make a booking for you in our workshop diary. This enables you to know exactly when we will be working on your bike.
You can also make bookings in advance, allowing you to ride your bike right up to the time it is due to be serviced.

Dirty Bikes
No one likes to work on a bike that is covered in mud. Unfortunately we don’t have anywhere to clean your bike so please try to be thoughtful and clean your bike before bringing it in to us. In extreme cases we will refuse to take a dirty bike in for service until it is cleaned.
Storage
We are a small shop with limited space to store customer repairs. Therefore we ask that you try to collect your bike within a few days of the completion of work. Also we ask that the bike not be brought in too far in advance of a booking.
If you are planning a holiday and want to leave your bike with us over that period, be aware that we will not be able to contact you if there are any problems. This can lead to the bike not being ready upon your return.
